Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data.
Who is responsible for your data
Ritora is the controller of the personal data collected through ritora.shop. For any privacy question, contact support@ritora.shop.
Information we collect
Contact and order details you provide (name, email, shipping and billing address, phone). Payment is handled by our payment provider — we receive confirmation and limited details, not your full card number. We also collect device and usage data (such as pages viewed, and, with your consent, analytics and marketing-attribution identifiers).
How we collect it
Directly from you when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to emails, or contact support; and automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse the site (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use your data
To process and deliver your orders, take payment, provide customer support, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and — where you have consented — to send marketing and to measure and improve our advertising.
Legal bases
We rely on performance of your contract (to fulfil orders), our legitimate interests (to run and secure the store and understand performance), your consent (for marketing and non-essential analytics cookies), and compliance with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting).
Sharing your data
We share data only with service providers who help us operate — such as payment processors, shipping carriers, email and analytics providers, and IT services — under contracts that require them to protect it. We may also disclose data where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
Security
We use technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit — to protect your data. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise a right, email support@ritora.shop; you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Marketing choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message or by contacting support. Withdrawing consent does not affect emails needed to service your order.
Children
The site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will post the current version here with its date.
