Acceptance of these terms

By accessing ritora.shop or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

Products and availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but packaging, images, and ingredient sourcing may vary and product colours may differ slightly on your screen. All products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; a contract is formed only when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already charged.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and the amount you pay is the total confirmed at checkout, including any shipping and applicable taxes shown there. Card statements for your purchase show “RITORA”. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Promotions and discounts

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their own terms, may be limited in time or quantity, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Introductory pricing applies to a first order only unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions and refills

If you choose a refill (subscription) option, recurring charges apply at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel. See our Subscription Terms for how billing, editing, and cancelling work.

Shipping, returns and guarantee

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and our money-back guarantee by our Refund & Returns Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Health disclaimer

Ritora products are food supplements, not medicines. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Intellectual property

The Ritora name, logo, site design, text, and images are owned by Ritora or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Your content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you confirm it is yours to share and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our products and marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you order is the version that applies to that order, and the current version is always posted here with its date.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
