Subscription & Cancellation Terms

How refills work

Choosing a refill (subscription) option at checkout enrols you in recurring deliveries. You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel.

Billing

Each renewal is charged on or around the same day of your billing cycle and ships automatically. The price and frequency in force are always the ones shown at checkout and confirmed in your account and emails.

Managing, editing, or skipping

You can change your next delivery date, skip a shipment, or update your address and payment details from your account at any time before your next billing date.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time before your next billing date from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops all future charges. It does not refund a shipment that has already been billed or dispatched — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

Price changes

If we ever change subscription pricing, we will give you advance notice by email before it takes effect, so you can review, skip, or cancel first.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and will contact you. If payment cannot be collected, we may pause the subscription.

Consent record

We record the consent version and timestamp in force when you subscribe. A later change to these terms does not retroactively change what you agreed to.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any mandatory cancellation or consumer rights you have under applicable law.
